Conference fee includes: participation in the conference, coffee breaks and lunches, attendance at the welcome reception, the extensive social programme, the formal conference banquet, conference materials.
Note: Fees do not cover accommodation costs.

Fees for scientific conferences are exempt from VAT
(pursuant to Article 43, paragraph 1, point 29 of the Act on Value Added Tax and § 3 section 1 point.14 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 20, 2013)
Payments can only be made by bank transfer and must be free of bank charges to the organizers.
Please provide the following title of your payment: “NANO2024, Name of Participant”. The account is maintained in PLN (Polish Zloty). Transfers from abroad in other currencies will be converted by the bank to PLN at the current exchange rate.
Resignation from participation:
- before June 1: full refund will be issued
- from June 1 to June 28: 50% refund will be provided
- after June 28: no refund will be available
